Contact network and catanery system




We offer contact wire and stranded cnductors for catenary systems of top european quality.


CONTACT WIRE:

  • ETP-copper contact wire 80 – 150 mm2 (for railway application up to a speed of 160 km/h, tram and trolley lines)
  • Cu Ag 0,1 % copper-silver alloyed contact wire 80 – 150mm2 (for advanced railway lines with speed up to 250 km/h)
  • Cu Mg 0,2 – 0,5 % copper-magnesium alloyed contact wire 100 – 150mm2 (for high-speed application up 400 km/h)
  • Cu Sn 0,4 % copper tin alloyed contact wire 100 – 150mm2 (for high speed application)
  • Speciality: contact wire in straighten lenghts up to 6 m for armatures (available in all DIN EN 50149 standard shapes)


STRANDED CONDUCTORS:

  • Copper stranded conductors, hard drawn, DIN 48201 (50 – 150 mm2)
  • Copper stranded conductors, flexible, DIN 43138 (50 – 120 mm2)
  • Bronze stranded conductors, hard drawn, BZ II, CuMg 0,4 %, DIN 48201 (50 – 120 mm2)
  • Bronze stranded conductors, flexible, BZ II, CuMg 0,4 %, DIN 43138 (10 – 25 mm2)
